Been up since 4.30am for work, got home at 1pm decided to take out the dog before my last run. Only made 20minutes on the run before I gave up, Just couldnt make my legs go any further, had to walk for 5 minutes to get it together. Then ran for another 5 minutes, do I go back and restart wk7, so dissapointed with myself. Help

We all have runs like these. Just chalk it up to experience and try again. Try to run for 25 minutes next time and, if you still have the energy, push on to 28 minutes and make it the first run of week 8. :)

Thanks for your input, I think I was just very tired. I'm going to do what you suggest and I'm also going to change my route on Monday so fingers crossed I'll do the 28 minutes for WK8R1 watch this space.

Legion said it and I agree! You will do it (this is meant to encourage not command!!) I think the change of route will make a difference. Best of luck Indi57.
