Went out early and trying to feel positive that I could do it - and I did! Can't say i wasn't glad when it ended but I kept a slow pace with the music throughout - running and walking when Laura indicated. Thanks to all those people who encourage us through your posts.

I've found W4 the most strenuous so far. I panted my way through all three runs, but when I came to W5R1 it was so much easier! R2 was hard but my back was playing up a bit, and today the dreaded W5R3 went quite okay. Keep it up, you'll manage just fine
