Well I went out this evening for wk8 run3 not feeling upto it and struggling for my rythm in the first 5 mins, also my wife couldn't run today as she has hurt her leg/ hip an going to see physio on Friday. Anyway 5 mins passed and it just all seemed to fall into place. I was running and enjoying it, by the time 28 mins came round I could have kept going up the hill, but chose to stop when Laura says so or she will jump out from behind that hedge and give me a right tatering lol. I am so pleased, just a littl upset mrs ship couldn't have been with me. I should by rights progress to week 9 but, we started it together so we will graduate together :-).
Well happy!!!! Chuffing brilliant!!! What else is there to say, I'm now a runner

so pleased to hear how well you're doing. Don't forget, even if you do graduate together you each deserve a celebration- twice the fireworks etc! Get well soon Mrs ship
You have done fantastically well. Your attitude and enthusiasm are contagious I am sure there are many people out there, like me, who you keep spurring on.
