Made it to week 7 2 weeks ago! Haven't run since, il be running tomorrow night for definite but I'm wondering where do I start know? Just run and see how long I go for until I can't anymore or work back 2 weeks? Does the body become unfit that fast?

Personally I would try and start where you left off. Don't go back unless you have to. And don't beat yourself up too much, we have have problems with motivation. Just focus on why you started this program in the first place. Good luck!!

Just carry on where you left off - start off slowly and try to enjoy it. You won't have lost huge amounts of fitness and may even benefit from the rest. Good luck !

I agree, start where you left off. You may find the rest has done you a world of good. Try to push past the gremlins at the start and keep going for 20 mins (W5,R3), then see if you can make it the extra 5 mins to W6,R3/W7. If you've still got some puff, you could even try an extra 3 mins (W8).
