Went well again pleased to say. Endomondo says 3.42km in 33 minutes just running, that was on hubby's. On my phone, including 5 minute walk at start and a 10minute walk back to car, 5.02km in 48.56minutes. So as it's a bank holiday and not going anywhere we are going to have a smoked salmon and scrambled egg brunch with a bottle of bubbly left from our golden wedding earlier in the year. Let's see what next week brings. :-)
