Hi there.

I finished my last run of the program this evening and cannot believe how fast the last nine weeks have gone past. At the start I could not run for one minute and now i can run for 30 minutes.

For my run 3 on week 8 I did my first 5k race in 29 minutes and I have another this coming Friday again which I am looking forward to.

Thanks for a great community here and for all the advice I have been reading through other blogs. My next target is 10k which I am going to start training for after I am used to running a few 5k using the bridge to 10k app.
