Do I need to go back to W1?

I completed W7 but have now missed 4 weeks due to health and holidays. Do I need to start all over again or can I just go back a few weeks? Help much appreciated as I am really keen to get started again.

I wouldn't go back to week 1, how about doing week 6? Depending on how you feel on run number 2, you could either then go on to run 3 or repeat 1 and 2 till you feel ready for run 3? You will be fine!

I don't think you'd need to go right back to the beginning, I'd try week 5 or 6 and see how you get on. I had 2 weeks off with an injured knee around week 4 and I just did 1 week 3 run and then went on to week 4 and I was fine. Hope it goes well :)

Thanks, I think I will give week 5 a go and see how I get on.

i would try week 5 or 6 too, going back to week one well i would feel gutted! maybe try week 6 andsee how you go. you can always then go back to week 5 if needed.

good luck
