I really need to blow my own trumpet right now as I have managed the 3 minute run and I want to thank all of you who have encouraged me - especially before that first 60 second run. I am so proud of myself! Pigeon steps, I know, but I think I could have kept on running and couldn't believe that my i-pod read that 30 minutes had simply flown by! And Laura's imput telling you to imagine there's a hedge between you and someone else while you're running and not to bob up and down too much was great advice. This is a brilliant program and an excellent community. Well done NHS
