Week 1 - complete

I was up to week 5 before but after a number of weeks of unhealthy eating and no exercise except running after the kids I thought it best to go back to week 1!

I have enjoyed the runs this week and I am looking forward to starting week 2 tomorrow. I am planning to get up early on Monday, wednesday and Fridays to do my runs. I think it is the only realistic time for me to do it. I have a treadmill in the house and really no excuse not to do it!

I am also using the Nike + site for motivation.

Good luck, look forward to your progress, this is a great program. Look forward not back and you'll be back at week 5 before you know it :-)



I completed run 1 week 2 this morning. I got up at 6am and had a banana, waited half an hour then did the run.

I have to say it was a bit of a slog this morning but I have done 3 days in a row without rest as I was determined to get on to week 2. I will leave the next run til Wednesday.
