Parkrun - missed a new PB by 2 seconds!

Over 300 runners this morning fro the Edinburgh Parkrun at Cramond and lovely running conditions. Wimped out of using one of the new C25k+ podcast but just listened to my music as I went along.

Felt good and when i got the time it was 29.02 just 2 secs slower than my PB. However i was pleased looking at the Endomondo trace it was a good steady pace this time not so erratic as usual. The course is almost dead flat so it shouldn't be!

Sounds like a great Parkrun with 300 attending! Well done that's a great time! I work Saturdays so cant always attend, seriously thinking about changing my job!

Ouch! those are the worst somehow I always feel worse about those ones than when I am a few minutes off my PB
