Well guys and girls, so glad to have laura back in my life, and structure. Since graduation, I aint been slacking, I have kept to my 3 runs a week, and i have tested my limits every time. But hey, I was so excited to see to new podcasts. Tried it on Monday, and doing it again tonight. I loved the idea, that someone is telling me to run faster and faster, it takes sometime getting used running to the beat. Loving it.

I did stepping stones for the first time tonight. Have to say what with the heat I was absolutely knackered - that's my excuse anyway!. It definitely helps with Laura monitoring your pace doesn't it. I'm not ever going to win a gold medal that's for sure but I'm amazed at how much further I run in 30 minutes now than I did a couple of months ago.
