Just had to post today as feeling great! Went for dinner last night with old college friend, home only just before midnight, woke in the night feeling ill (and I didnt drink that much!!) but still got straight up when alarm went off at 6am. And finished all the runs- no little walk in the middle of the last 5 minutes, like I have every time before.
Am so proud of myself - and really feel I can move on to week 5 finally next week.
Also thinking I should go out more often as that clearly did the trick albeit I am struggling at my desk today!
