Wk4R2.2 - best run yet!

Just had to post today as feeling great! Went for dinner last night with old college friend, home only just before midnight, woke in the night feeling ill (and I didnt drink that much!!) but still got straight up when alarm went off at 6am. And finished all the runs- no little walk in the middle of the last 5 minutes, like I have every time before.

Am so proud of myself - and really feel I can move on to week 5 finally next week.

Also thinking I should go out more often as that clearly did the trick ;-) albeit I am struggling at my desk today!
