Thought I'd wait to write this until I'd done all three as they are the same run repeated.
1 - This was fine and I soon got into a rhythm, time went quickly - so far so good!
2 - Not too bad. Did this run with my two running buddies so it was an early evening run and I'm definitely better running a short while after a very light breakfast (1 Weetabix).
3 - Did this run this morning and completed it but don't know where my 'get up and go' has gone - all I can say is if anyone finds it can I please have it back!! Never felt so lethargic, maybe last night's curry and red wine is to blame!!
Having a change of scene for my next run W8 R1, going 250 miles south to friends on the south coast for a few days - hope the sea air perks me up!!

Well done! Did you struggle on w6r3? -I was fine on the week 5 run 3 20 min run, but really struggled with week 6 . I was hoping I'd find it easier as I'd already done the 25 mins once?
Sorry only just read your message - been away for a few days. Yes, I did find the first 2 runs of week 6 strange going back to intervals after running 20 mins continuously. The third run was much better - after the first 5 mins which I always find are a killer 'til I sort out breathing, rhythm etc. Good Luck for the remaining weeks - not far now to graduation!!
