Okay, that's week 3 over...

I have just got further through C25K than I have ever been before. My last attempt failed at w3r3 due to illness, but now I'm past that run.

I had been having issues with week 3, quite honestly. I think it's because the songs didn't match my pace; the third jog (the second 90-second one) was the worst, something my wife said she found too, but I suppose there's no way to tailor the C25K podcasts to everyone's individual stride.

I started out a little sore, having spent the afternoon running around after my 4-year old daughter and other kids, but I actually felt okay on the last run.

Looking forward to week 4 now. It's going to hurt a little, I suppose, but I already feel stronger than I did a mere three weeks ago.
