Okay so I've been talking about doing this for a few weeks and said the school hols would be great time to start. Hubbie totally supporting me so I bought the running shorts and shoes yesterday, the sports earphones & new mp3 ( I can't locate my ipod and decided I couldn't use this as an excuse when mp3's are so cheap compared to the cost of my running shoes ) this morning. Downloaded week 1 and decided it was now or never! Well I survived, only saw 4 kids from school on my circuit of the park and did manage ( just) to run each of the minute sections. Who knew a minute could be sooooo long!
