Week 6 run 3, was not looking forward to it, even to the point of giving up, as i have said before i dont enjoy it one bit lol, pelvis stiff when bending and legs heavy, but I pushed myself to go in between the rain showers, anyway I did it I ran for 25 mins, legs even more heavy, and all the other things that go with it, heavy breathing etc but thought yesss done it, so i decided to see how far I ran in the 25 minutes, I ran 4.98km or 3.09miles, was well please with that even if it seems slow, I have no idea.

Everyone here do any of you know how far you all ran in that 25 mins so I can compare or try faster for.

I celebrated with a couple of slices of chocolate orange yummm lol.

That is wonderful, I didnt have the aches you mention but am obviously much slower than you! I wasnt anywhere near 5k during the programme but built up to it in the weeks after and was taking 42 mins. Sounds like you are doing really well.

My best time has been 5k in about 34 minutes on my graduation run so your time sounds really good - well done !

Im really sorry my mistake I timed it from the house not from where I started running so rechecked it and its not so fast lol 25 min took me 4.09km or 2.45 miles.
