Is this an addiction, is my new lease of life slowly taking over, hell no I'm just enjoying the fresh air. Been a while since I put a blog on here, been tied up running and work. I'm still hooked on doing 3 runs a week, 2 shortish ones, 40 mins or so, then I do a long one, last night I did 10k for example. I strive to push my boundaries atleast once a week. But I'm constantly craving more, but I know rest is also important. One more thing, any ideas when the new podcasts are due out? Hope everyone else is still enjoying running like me.
