W9R1, me?

No one could have ever imagined, not even me, that I ever would be able to run for 30 minutes. But I've just done it! And it feels so good, to have worked so hard and to have succeeded. There are still 2 more runs before I finish the program, and many weeks more before running for 30 minutes becomes a habit. But Laura has given me the confidence that I can do it. Yes, it is hard at times, for a few weeks I lost the joy of running, and I got injured once. But all of those things can be overcome.

I would like to encourage others to continue with this challenge, because it really will have a positive impact on your health and confidence. Have a great weekend!

Well done! How true that is - what a simple, natural and inexpensive way to better mental and physical wellbeing. If only we could convince more people to do it. Good luck with the final runs.

Well done! This programme should be publicised more. Not many people have heard of it and so many more could be benefitting like us! I agree it is hard, but that makes us even cleverer(!) doesn't it?! Not long now till your graduation run! :D
