Chest Pain Update

Yesterday I wrote about a suspected pulled chest muscle which was agony and potentially ruining my chance to do race for life on Sunday. Last night I decided to go for a run to see how bad it was and I actually think it is what I needed. Slight pain when running but today my chest is almost back to normal. Maybe the running loosened up the muscles some how.

  • Very pleased that you're feeling better and can tackle the Race for Life. Do listen to your body, however and don't push yourself too far. :-)

  • Oh I won't push it too far thanks. If I have to walk I will walk. Will still be very happy. Planning to do intervals for race for life x
