Well Wk1R2 done, after nearly 3 weeks off with the dreaded shin splints. Strange found it harder to do 2nd run in Wk 1, can only think that's cos' i had 2 rest days and not 1 off? Thanks again to Greg_M for recovery tips and also found out if you eat oranges after a run it helps with muscle cramps, yep it worked. Soon be back to running for 20 mins hurray!!

I only had 1 rest day before my W1R2 run but also found it harder - perhaps it lacked the excitement of doing it for thr first time and I was still a bit tired from the first one?
