Joys of a non-hay-fever day

This summer I've managed to attract hay fever to myself, and on friday and saturday I was utterly ill, I lost my nose somewhere with some tissue paper, and my eyes were so watery they simply couldn't help me to focus. The worst part was the itchiness in my nostrils and the throat. The good thing is that this illness had a name and that there are plenty of ways to counteract it.

Ah, well, today it is a beautiful day and after today's run I feel full of energy (and not of pollen) and life is beautiful. I'm determined to finish this program and to continue running.

Yeah! It feels good to have done my W8R2.... Have a great day yourself!
