Done it - Yeah! I did week 9 yesterday and ran for 30 minutes, though not 5 K. It was marked as 2.2 miles so more like 3.8K. I'm hoping to improve on speed as I go on. I think this programme is brilliant as I could only run for about 3 minutes when I started! Side affects also have been a firmer body and waist reduction - but very little weight loss.
