sorry to sound a little silly but is a graduate someone that has finished the couch to 5k sessions? and if that is the case how do i become one when i have finished my training? ps love reading the comments and feel a sense of pride of being part of the big running family (even if i have only just started) many thanks

Graduates are all those who have completed the couch to 5k sessions. Take note: you don't have to actually complete 5k in 30 minutes, this usually comes much later on! You get your badge by sending a message to admin JR21.

If you click on 'directory' you can see the names of all the 240 graduates so far
