After my Park Run on Saturday have been itching to get out
and run again. Was just about to do this after the kids got in from school but my mum popped in for a cup of tea. Didn't want to be rude but really wanted to go out for a run. Eventually, I was free to pull on my lycra and slip on my trainers and go out.
However, I decided to change a few things I only took my phone (usually take I Pod with Laura on it) and used Nike+ set it for 3 miles. Did a stretch outside the house walked to the end of the road and started running (rather than the 5 min warm up, mainly to save time due to my delayed start).
3 miles took me 33.45 mins - so I know I can run for 30 minutes, I know I can run 3 miles/5k my target is that magical 5k in 30 mins
Will still count each of my runs as part of the c25k.
