Woohoo I did run 3 so that's the first week out of the way. Would like to say a big thanks to people who posted on my last blog...for my first two runs yesterday (when my legs felt very heavy) I thought about the people on here a lot and they got me through. The other 6 runs seemed to be a doddle and they went very quick.
At the end of the run I wanted to see if I could manage any extra so I ran another 2 minutes - that's 10 running minutes in total. It just shows what two complete exercise free days can do for your body.
Feeling invincible at the moment but starting WK2 tomorrow so we'll see how that goes.
