After my good run on Friday,when I ran for 35 mins and got to 5K (hooray!), I had a funny pain in the middle of my right thigh at the top, which I supposed is also part of your groin? Rested it yesterday and it felt better but knew I would have to take it easy today. Ran a shorter route, at a slow pace because I really just wanted to walk bits. Im proud that I managed to 'run' the distance but didnt have a forrest gump moment like Friday. But I know that I can do it. One more before graduating!
