This morning I completed Week 7 Run 3 and thanks to the wonderful rain it felt so good. I find the first 5 minutes of running tough till I got into my plodding rhythm and for the first time, I didn't look at my time, just enjoyed the countryside and waited for Laura to tell me when I was done. Hope the rain continues for week 8 next week, never thought I would say that.....
