I wanted to run today,I planned to run today.I got up early,conditions were perfect I put my kit on and I was looking forward to a good hour or more.

Then...I realised that my trainers, which were ready to go by the back door when we packed the car, had been left behind.

I'm still sulking like a little school girl who can't get her way.
