Lovely day for a run!

My little boy woke me at 5am today. The sun was shining and my first thought was, "Lovely morning for a run!". Alas, it is not to be. For one thing, I went running (in the rain) yesterday morning so today is a rest day but, for another, my husband is away so there's no one to watch B if I go running. Which means that I have a whole weekend off running for the first time since I started. Week 9 starts on Monday...

I remember completing week 1. I couldn't wait to get onto a different podcast. Having never enjoyed running, I find it quite odd how addictive this programme seems!
