Really pleased, just completed run 3 of wk 1. Already beginning to feel slightly better, I have to consciously keep slowing myself down, (still only snails pace though)!!!! I am enjoying it, it's hard but feeling more alive if you know what I mean. Well done to mrs ship who also came along, she is 1 run behind so on Monday I shall do another wk 1 so that we can progress together.
Can anybody suggest any good muscle balm rub though please???
