week 4 still trying!

Made the mistake of forgetting to take my inhaler before setting out - disaster. *I didn't realise I actually needed it so much.

After the first 3 minute run I was nearly done for. Only managed 2 mins of the first 5 min run, 3 mins of the next 3 mins. I then gave up, took the earphones out and walked. It was actually lovely to hear the sounds all around me. I much prefered it to having the iPod on. I may try running without Laura next time and just set my phone stop watch for each section. Maybe I can distract myself more rather than counting the seconds down til the run is over!

My friends who use inhalers are finding this weather difficult and they aren't trying to run in it. so be patient with yourself ...
