Couch to 5K


Start of 5th week, and my run was OK today - still trying out different routes around my new accommodation to see which one suits me best, and today's route was better than the last one I tried, so looking good on that front! Am still 1 run or so behind schedule, but hoping to get back on track in the next couple of weeks.

Incidentally, looking forward to week 6 and the end of interval running!

you must be one of the few people who wants the walking parts to end :) I enjoyed week 5 but after the 20 minute run on R3 I was pleased to get back to intervals at the beginning of wk6. They are very helpful in making sure W6R3 isn't too hard. let us know how you get on :)


Heh, yea I guess intervals are useful - looking back, I did a 20 min run a couple of weeks ago and found it easier than intervals, though maybe I was just feeling extra energetic that day...
