Week 7 Run 2 complete

Managed to miss the rain but it was hot and humid out there and by the end I was hoping the heavens would open to cool me down.

25 mins is still not easy but what keeps me going is that if I fail I might just give up altogether and decide I'm just not a runner.

Not impressed that Endomondo seems to not have tracked my run for the 3rd time in a row - may need to try another app.

If you can run for 25 minutes, you are a runner! 7 weeks is not long for your mind and body to become accustomed to a new habit, but give it another couple of months and you will really miss the days you don't go out. Can't help you with endomondo, I'm afraid- I run on a gym treadmill and it keeps detailed records for me! :)
