Wasn't going to attempt Week 4 until later this week when my running buddy is back from hols. - plan was to repeat W3. Felt I was ready to do more so after tweaking the week 3 run a couple of days ago to allow me to run for longer I decided to give W4 a go. Read what was involved and set off full of trepidation that I wouldn't cope. Didn't like the music for the first 5 minute run but plodded on, suddenly Laura's voice broke in - great I thought she's going to tell me I've only got a minute left - no such luck, still two and a half minutes, only done half the run!! Not one to give in easily I dug deep and soldiered on and managed to complete all the session even though the last 5 mins were a killer! Found a 5k locally in September so now got a target!
