Went and ran for exactly 30 mins then got the car to go back and measure it, really miffed, as I had only covered 2.6m or 4.18K. Obviously too much up hill and down dale on that route!
As I could have carried on running, the cunning plan now for Friday is to find an exact 5k route and run that, and hope that I'm not too much over the 30 mins. I know not many of us get the 30mins/5k straight away but oh, it would be nice!!
