I'm a runner... apparently!

Well after Laura said I was 5 minutes in it felt like I should have been at least half way, then when I was half way I thought there was no way I was going to finish but I was determined to keep going. I pushed and pushed and then before I knew it it was time to slow down and, apparently, I'm officially a runner now! Wow.... Can't quite believe I did that! It certainly was at a very slow pace thats all I do know but I don't care! Bring on week seven!

Well done, it feels great doesn't it. Once you do that run you know you can complete the programme. I always go slowly, I find that works for me.
