Hello everyone,

The title says it all. Felt ill yesterday with upset stomach and sweats. Woke up this morning with similar and to add to that it feels like I am swallowing Glass. What do you all do on these days? Soldier on or rest? x

Def rest. Keep your fluids up and don't run until you are feeling better

REST. I read an article in Women's Running and the guide was if your symptoms are below your head don't run. Esp. important if you have a temperature - don't run.

If you're really climbing the walls and want to get out there and do something, maybe you could go for a walk instead of a run? It might not be as exciting, but you'd still get some fresh air and exercise without tiring yourself out too much while you're recovering.

I agree, don't push yourself - and it is only Thursday! Take it easy - if you run now when your body is already under pressure you will set yourself further back.
