Week 3 with an iffy knee - hey that rhymes!!

Did W3R2 with my running buddy today - we both thought we would never be able to run non-stop for 3 minutes but we can!! The last minute of the second 3 minutes is tough but it feels great when you've done it. Got an iffy right knee (caused by pushing a chair not running - ironic isn't it!) so didn't need Laura to remind me to take it steady today. Got W3R3 tomorrow and then my friend is on holiday for a week. Will probably repeat Week 3 whilst she's away so we can move on to Week 4 together when she gets back.

Well done, yis keep it going, you will be stronger by just ticking over, every run helps towards you body adjusting to becoming a runner.
