Well, I finished week 9 a couple of weeks ago (havent got my graduation badge yet though) I thought that I would just let everyone that hasn't completed the course, to keep going. It really does get better as your fitness levels rise. I did 6k a couple of days ago, which I did find a little difficult. I was a couple of minutes off my best 5k time so thought that if I couldn't do the time, I would try for the distance, so, I pushed myself to 6k. I have just gone out this morning and felt so good after 6k that I thought I would just keep going! Well - I did 8k and felt absolutely great!
If anyone is doubting their abilities, or feeling like giving up - Don't. It really does get better.
Anyone know how I get my Graduation badge?

Well done, that's a big step up in such a short space of time. I am just starting wk4 (2nd 5 mins beat me yesterday, but hey ho) and can only dream of running those sort of distances at the minute. Thanks for the inspiration
I believe you have to contact JR21 for your graduate badge - he's an admin on here.
