Week 15 run1

Thought it would raise the motivation to blog each run this week, as I have found it harder to get out lately - used podcast 2 for intervals tonight, run was ok, new shoes so a bit of a blister. Legs were killing me, following doing some lunges and stuff yesterday so pace was a bit slow but the success today was the fact that I put on my trainers and got out of the door
