Returning after a break?

I started the programme and made it all the way to week 8. I've had a break for the last 6 weeks due to a few life changes (new job, new house) but want to get back into the programme. Do I need to start again at week 1 or can I start somewhere in the middle?

I would start somewhere in the middle where you are doing a mixture of walking and running - you will soon find out how fit you still are and can move on a bit faster if you are coping with it.
