First post C25K, almost a month after graduating!!!

I didnt mean to leave it so long before hitting the road again but so glad I got the chance to on Sunday morning.

As it had been a while I decided to map out a little route in my head and do the best I could, not worry about time or really running the entire time, just getting out and moving.

I hadn't realised how much I had missed the quiet of a Sunday morning.

Its a whole new world for me as during the month of absence we moved house, so new routes to explore.

Anyway, I did the route as I had thought, continued running the whole thing, actually felt i could have gone faster and further but I wasn't going to push it on my first run back out there.

1.12miles in 15 minutes, so about average for me.

I do so hope it wont be another month before I go again.

Also I have inspired two others to give this plan a go, even told them to come and chat here :)

Good to hear from you again. It's great that you can get out and have a Sunday run, especially after such a hectic time with moving.
