Have just completed Week 5 Run 3 (delighted) but after 15 minutes started to experience sore groins. Other then the groins felt very comfortable and could have run for longer. As soon as I stop running they are fine any ideas?

Ok, this sounds like one of those judgment calls that's really difficult to explain. You need to understand the difference between the normal aches and pains of exercise, especially new exercise, and the real life serious pain that's your body's way of telling you something is amiss.
As it's only noticable when you're running, I's suspect the former. If that's the case it'll gradualy improve the more you do. Take it steady and stick with it. If at all unsure see your doctor.
Do you take quite a long stride, if so try shortening it a little to see if that helps any. Hope it settles down for you.
