Beginner-Friendly Event – July 7th

From the Bolton Parkrun website(parkrun.org.uk/bolton/home);-

July 7th will still see our normal (if that word's ever applicable to us) parkrun take place, just with a huge emphasis on welcoming and encouraging first time runners of any ability. Whether it's an Olympic medal-winning sprinter who's never heard of parkrun, or somebody who's never ran in their life, we really want to show that parkrun, and running in general is there for anyone and everyone to take part in. All you need is the commitment to get out of your front door and join in.
