Such a bad w6r1, did run 2 today much better

I ran week 6 r1 yesterday and have been so down ever since. It was an awful run and I felt tired and as if I was running through treacle.

So by 5.30 pm I usually run first thing I had had enough misery and headed for treadmill. Automatically put Laura on and started r2 did the first 10 minutes no problem then the second 10 seemed a bit harder but got through and feel so much better much more positve about completing the programme.

r3 will be Wedneday.
