Back to it!

The halfterm break is over with and back to work means back to C25K!

Before my week away I had completed weeks 1, 2 and 3 with a small amount of push. Surprisingly I've really missed my runs and I'm looking forward to getting back in the gym this evening (even though I'm currently so tired I'm not sure I can even move at all!)

I think I'm going to give week 3 a go again to get myself back into it, especially as week 4 looks so daunting!!

Good luck with getting back into week 3, and don't worry too much about week 4 - it feels like a big leap from week 3, but it's most definitely doable!
