Well I had told myself not to worry about my first run of week 3, but I was still a little bit worried, evn telling myself what's the worst that can happen didn't get rid.
So on my starting walk to the prom, I her the first song "lovely day or something" I'm thinking is it, as I feel the wind off the Irish Sea and rain in the air...
I wanted to get through the first 3minutes so I ran a little slower, laughed when she said I should look like a walker, I thought well I'm doing really well at that and got though it, with a second half against the wind.
Well I feel great now and this running larks getting a bit addictive, loving it, oh to like something that's good for you...
