My word, what a day! Worst conditions since I started the plan. Quite fun though in a sadistic kind of way!
Feel good after it, which is obviously a good sign going into Week 5.
RunKeeper decided that I ran 7.77 miles in 31 minutes though, so I must have improved?! #error!
On the plus side, I officially reached the 4 stone weight loss mark for this year, so I'm half way to my Christmas goal! WEEKEND OFF!
