Quite amazing, I actually did run for 20 minutes. Well, run might be an overstatement - a gentle jog is nearer the truth but still a real surprise that it was possible. This programme is very clever the way it encourages you on to do these things. When do people find they start to speed up?

For me its coming gradually, but as I couldn't run at all before anything above an amble is a vast improvement.

I started running intervals today as an attempt to up my speed........
