Been away but now I'm back

Have fallen off the radar for the last five weeks due to various issues however I am now back and ready to complete the programme. I was at week 6 when I stopped so have gone back to the start of week 4 as my fitness levels have dropped and my word did it hurt!

I didnt even manage to complete the last 5 minute run and had to walk it but at least I didnt stop.

Looking forward to week 4 run 2 tomorrow morning before work (fingers crossed it doesn't rain too much).
